Strict Process Control

Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)

Strictly screen and inspect key raw materials such as oxygen-free copper wires, PVC pellets, and high-temperature silicone wires. We verify compliance with technical specifications before materials enter production.

In-Process Quality Control

Implement first-piece inspection and patrol inspection mechanisms. We conduct 100% continuity and appearance inspections for all semi-finished products.
